In an effort to simplify the process and to make decisions a bit easier, PDS has created a series of web development packages. Although we honestly feel that the needs of our potential clients should be viewed on a custom, one-by-one approach, these packages have proven to be a excellent starting points.

The Process

1. Fill out the web design quote request form. We also have a web design planning worksheet to fill out and send if you plan on meeting us in person. It is a good idea to have some content (text, graphics, layout ideas) that is to be included in the finished site ready to present.
   
2. We will contact you to pin down the details of your project and provide you with a quote on your project.
   
3. Once the client has approved of the quote, PDS will submit a web design agreement which outlines the scope of the project.
   
4. Client will need to return the web design agreement along with a 50% good faith deposit.
   
5. Once the deposit has been received or verified, work will begin on your project.
   
6. PDS will provide mock web site design elements based on client input and marketing materials.
   
7. The client advises PDS of any changes he/she wants made to the original design concept.
   
8. We stay in constant contact with the client on the progress of the site. Based on client input, the site grows closer to completion.
   
9. After site completion, the client pays the remaining balance owed to PDS. This balance must be paid in full before the website goes live unless other arrangements have been made.
   
10. The client site is made available on the internet.
